1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ci99 platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, games, betting markets, and account management features — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with ci99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ci99 platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Modifications to Terms

ci99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ci99 will post a notice on the platform and update the effective date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of ci99 after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

1.2 Language and Governing Version

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version (if any) and the English version, the English version shall prevail. The English text is the authoritative and governing version of this agreement.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

ci99 is strictly an 18+ platform. Access to, registration on, and use of the ci99 platform is permitted only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming or gambling activities.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ci99 or any of its affiliates.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the ci99 platform.

2.1 Age Verification

ci99 takes underage gambling prevention seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.

Any player found to have provided false age information during registration will have their account immediately and permanently closed, and all funds held in the account will be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ci99 services, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ci99 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number (for OTP verification)
• Preferred deposit method

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure without notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ci99 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. ci99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify ci99 support immediately.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Duplicate accounts are detected through IP address monitoring, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and other technical and manual verification methods. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ci99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bonus funds, and withhold any winnings derived from prohibited gameplay.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ci99 processes all deposits and withdrawals through trusted Bangladeshi payment channels. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported:

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts; however, ci99 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on deposits above certain thresholds. Deposit limits may also be set voluntarily by players through the responsible gaming controls available in the account settings panel.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. ci99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or mobile wallet registered in the same name as the ci99 account holder.
• Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• ci99 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal requests pending completion of account verification or fraud review.
• Any withdrawal that cannot be completed due to incorrect payment details provided by the player will be returned to the ci99 wallet, and re-submission charges may apply.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ci99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail only in respect of that specific promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, all bonus amounts credited to a player account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be turned over a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements, the applicable games, and time limits are clearly stated on each individual promotion page.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18 and above only.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, or device.
• Players who have self-excluded or are subject to deposit limits are not eligible to receive promotional offers during the restriction period.
• ci99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or void any bonus at any time if fraudulent activity or abuse of the bonus system is detected.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ci99 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, collusion with other players, and using funds from one account to benefit another. Where abuse is confirmed, ci99 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings and to permanently close the implicated accounts.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

ci99 periodically runs promotions aligned with Bangladeshi cultural events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26), as well as major cricket tournaments such as BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms published at the time of the offer.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ci99 — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, specialty games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or on the relevant product page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing a wager.

6.1 RNG Certification

All casino game outcomes on ci99 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by ci99's third-party game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — have been independently verified to ensure statistical fairness and non-predictability. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published within the respective game descriptions.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting odds are set by ci99 and are subject to change without notice prior to the commencement of an event. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be altered or cancelled except in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required duration of play is completed.
• A manifest error in the published odds is identified by ci99 prior to event settlement.
• The bet relates to an event whose outcome was already determined at the time the bet was placed (where ci99 can demonstrate this).

6.3 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or system error during gameplay, ci99 reserves the right to void any affected bet or game round. No payout will be made in respect of a game round that did not complete successfully due to a technical issue on the ci99 platform or on the part of any third-party game provider. ci99 is not liable for losses resulting from technical faults outside its direct control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Players must use the ci99 platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Registering multiple accounts or providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, including for betting, gameplay, or account management.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated gambling strategies designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such gain will be voided and the account closed.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any part of the ci99 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ci99 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first attempting to resolve the matter with ci99 support.

ci99 actively monitors platform activity using automated systems and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, ci99 will act promptly in accordance with Section 8 of these terms.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

ci99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass age verification or identity verification checks.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider.
• A request by law enforcement, a regulatory body, or a financial institution requiring ci99 to restrict the account.
• The player's voluntary self-exclusion request.

8.1 Effect of Account Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms or confirmed fraud, ci99 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds. Where closure is initiated at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to standard withdrawal processing.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their ci99 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Please note that accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has fully expired and a formal written request has been submitted and reviewed by the ci99 responsible gaming team.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ci99 will notify the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
